The FCA of Chicago (FCAC) is the Official Collective Bargaining Agent responsible for negotiating Labor/Management Agreements with Painters' District Council No. 14. Under terms of the Collective Bargaining Agreement (Contract) with PDC No. 14, FCAC members employ only Union painters.

FCAC is affiliated with two national trade associations:

  • PDCA (the Painting & Decorating Contractors of America), which is the oldest and largest association of painting and decorating contractors.
  • FCA (the Finishing Contractors Association), which is a newer organization comprised totally of Union Contractors.

FCAC hosts regular General Membership Meetings, events, and seminars and supports the Joint Apprenticeship Training Program for tradesmen entering the industry.
