NEW RRP REGULATIONS

Attention Painting & Drywall Contractors:

As of September 30, 2010, contractors performing renovation, repair, and painting projects that disturb lead-based paint in homes, child care facilities, and schools built before 1978 must have applied to enroll in, or have enrolled in an EPA-certified renovator class to train contractors in practices necessary for compliance with the new EPA RRP rules.
